Well I turned into bed at a more normal time last night, May have something to do with eating a good meal and going into what we like to call a 'food coma' (When too much food is consumed and all you want to do is sleep).
Organisation...
I think I have finally cracked this, it may have taken a good ten months since the start up of the projects but I finally am creating some free time, im sure its down to a better routine. I wake up normally 6.30 get the deliveries packed and ready to be sent from our websites and ebay shops (With Halloween approaching we are getting even more busy at more-lingerie-today). I put the glasses in the oven that were painted the night before, I then have 45 minutes to get the lunch box packed, the school bag done sam up breakfast made and us both dressed ( I used to spend time deciding if the outfit looked ok, things could not be more different now, I have to go with what ever is ironed). So I Switch the oven off before we leave so the glasses are cooled by the time I get home, on the way back from the morning run I post deliveries at the post office and attend to that paperwork straight away- there was a time when we were so busy that I had to leave the paperwork, I will never do that again because trying to pick up where I left from is a nightmare (I have a mild form of dyslexia numbers are like a different language to me .. I actually think it would be less painful for me to stick a needle in my eye then do accounts but we all have to do things in life we don't like, one day i hope to pay someone to do this side).
After that I work on project two, respond to emails, communicate with Jamie and Sam about where they are with their projects and what we need to complete on the ones we are all involved in.
Sales come from everywhere so sometimes it is really hard to keep onto of the orders, face book, website, twitter, Ebay, wholesalers, and phone. People send emails and talk on discussion boards on the networking websites like face book (again), linked in, futures network... the virtual world is a minefield, I try and respond to everything instantly else I would most definitely forget to respond at all. We are in the process of trying to streamline a lot of the above as it is very time consuming, there are ways to link a lot of it in, Its just a case of researching and implementing a system. Face book, twitter and rrs feed is what we have connected so far, thank you to my friends that put up with the constant picture uploads and the newest picture of what is being sold, It is done automatically, some days even I have even looked at my profile and been like 'eh... who has fraped me'.
So let’s leave the work thing there... The wolfs
Briefly, the reason behind the wolf Pac, may be a little stolen banter from the film hangover but also the wolfs are the most loyal Pac in the animal kingdom, they never leave the Pac and always defend their own, 'a true friend is one that talks nice about you behind you back' Their is no jealousy over someone having a bigger nicer house or a faster car, bigger TV.. we just like having fun, we also all know that at anytime we would drop it all if someonw was in need.I am Lucky to have a great circle of friends and family that encourage and support me.
Lunch with a Wolf is something a little different because its never just lunch, have to make it gayer, Big Gunns Birthday so we had helium balloons, birthday cake, presents on the table and posters of some of her lets say 'finest' moments.. I love the fact this lady is a respected lawyer yet she still dresses up as 'where is wolly' and a reindeer. We Decided to add to her embarrassment by inhaling helium and bursting out the Classic song 'I’ve had the time of my life'... nothing like a bit of public embarrassment on your birthday. It was great to catch up with everyone and take time out, they are a lot of fun.
What was described at lunch as ' The FED ex incident;'
Went for my daily run ( bear in mind that when I run i'm not one of these fortunate people that just break a sweat, I actually look like a tomato face ready explode, even my gym instructor said she has never seen anything like it...). So I get in straight away I unload the washing machine and knock knock at the door, So I answer the door and there is Mr Fed Ex starring at my red face...really he was starring i am sure he wanted to ask if i needed him to call 999 but i explained i had just been on a run. It could not have been worse timing! I did not smell too sweet after my run, my face was most definitely on fire and there in front of me is this gorgeous man. He asked me to sign and do the paper work as he bought in the two containers (packaging for project two.. yay) after I signed my paperwork and look up it was then I realised that he was looking at my 'LINGERIE' I had just hung up on the clothes horse....... he knew I seen, I knew he knew I seen, we had a bit of a long silence…..
AKWARD!
The akwardness was broken with a 'Thats it were done then, Thanks, bye'
On that note I am signing out …One more day until Samantha joins us!
